Can someone tell me what the dry side measurements are. I'm particulary interested in the diameter and depth of the dry side. I need to make sure I have enough room next to my tank to mount the dry side.

2 7/16" diameter 2 1/4" depth - the angle makes it look a bit less below.

are y ou adding 1/2 to the depth because of ecotech marine recommendation?

Nope....raw measurements. Following any manufacturer recommendations is up to you.

just trying to figure out why your saying 2 1/4 depth but photo shows under 2.

That's was my comment originally. The values are accurate the picture angle didn't come out clear.

Yup, dryside protrudes slightly more than 2”, so giving 2 1/2” clearance should be good. I’ve not notices whether the end gets warm or not so a bit of airflow is probably wise.
