Vortech MP10wQD flashing Red and Orange

So I noticed my vortech stopped working and was flashing red and orange last night. I took it apart and reassembled it and it worked for a second and went back to flashing red and orange again.

I read the troubleshooting by ecotech and it says that something in the motor has gone bad. Does this mean the wetside or the dryside?

I bought this used so I am not under the warranty, so I guess I have to buy the replacement. Does Ecotech recycle the part? I donot want to throw it in the trash.

Even though it is not under warranty doesn't mean they won't help you fix it if possible.

You should contact EcoTech first and give them the serial number to confirm any history. They can guide you from there if a new wet/dry side needs to be purchased.
