Vortech MP40 Overkill on JBJ45?

Hi I'm in the process of setting up a JBJ 45 and was debating between an MP10 or MP40 for flow. I'm not sure if a single MP10 would provide enough flow for the tank. I'm planning on keeping a mixed reef with sps at the top. Would a MP40 be overkill?

I'd definitely opt for the MP40 over the MP10, especially if you're planning to keep SPS.

I was in the same conundrum with my IM 40. Ended up going with (2) MP 10’s after a couple questions on here. 50% on anti sync reef crest, perfect!
