Vortech MP40 wQD defaults to low?

I have a MP40 that is set on varying modes at between 50% and 70%. Not sure when it jumps back but I keep finding it at lowest setting.(1 led) I can bring up ecosmart and reboot and it goes to back to set speeds but tank suffers when it goes to minimal speed.
"W" light stays blue and is not blinking a fault code. Goes into feed mode fine.
Am I missing something that I'm supposed to do, or anything else to help keep it following schedule. Is there a certain mode that might cause this? Hard to sit and watch 24hrs to see when it is deceling. Any help or Ideas would be appreciated. Thought I would try here before contacting ecotech support. Thanks

You have this hooked up through a reeflink?
If you do you also have a ESL account and EM can see where it goes wrong.
Might put a phone call in during the morning, they all will be busy on Monday morning as usual but will give you a call back later on.
If the mother board ain't broken you will be up to speed tomorrow this time, maybe just a hard reset.

Thanks D. I am on reeflink and ecosmart. Does it have a "logging" type section I can check or do I need to go thru customer service?
