I have 2 of these on a standard 4foot 120. My question is this: Should I put both of the Vortechs on one side of the tank or one on each side or what? Any experiences would really help out. I'll just have to start experimenting myself I guess. Thanks.

One on each side, about 8in below the surface on one side and 10-11in on the other side.

I have a 150 with two on the back. They create a good amount of flow from there and don't block any viewing on the sides.

I have mine on opposite ends directly across from each other, about 6 - 7 inches below the surface on my 120. Good surface disturbance, but not too much, and minimal sand bed disruption.

mine are opposite sides as far down as possible without completely sandstorming the tank. They are on reef crest creating random turbulance. I am using 2 tunze 6125's as primary full time flow lamnier like flow.

i have 2 on my 75 gal tank. i played around with all diferent configurations and found having on opposite side of the tank one towards the front and one toward back works the best for me. they are both about 8 inches down from the top of the tank.
