Vortech MP40wQD wireless status light

I recently purchased two MP40wQD pumps, one of the controllers I was able to get into reeflink immediately, the other wouldn't discover. I even performed a factory reset on the controller. Both pumps work fine in manual mode. I did notice on the second controller however, that the "W" status indicator light isn't turned on. I'm assuming that means it's in wireless receiving mode. Is there a way to disable/enable the wireless mode? Or is this a problem for support?

You could open the driver and check for the RF module. It's near the top and it's a separate from the main board

Yeah, that was it. I got an email from support stating the same. It wasn't attached completely.
