Vortech Nutrient Export Mode Cycle Time

Looking for advice on how long the nutrient export mode should be run.
Can't find anything conclusive on how long it takes to complete a cycle.

I think minimum allowed is 1. 5 hours if memory is correct. You can go longer if you want. I'm using ecosmart live tho so mobius may be different but I don't use it so not sure.

The pumps ramp up, and down in a cycle. Not exactly sure how long each cycle takes(don't think it takes more then a few seconds?), but I run mine for 15 minutes after feeding. Seems to do the job for me.

Do you run yours manually? I have mine programmed in mid day and have to set a minimum of 1.5 hrs or it will not allow me to program the mode.

I run mine through an apex.

Just tell it to run Nutrient mode for 15 minutes after coming off of feedA

I see 1.5 hours referenced in many places, just not sure it originated from a legitimate source. I have 2 cycles set for the day, each 1 hour apiece after feedings, so this can be done, but not sure if 1 hour is too short.

I think 1 hour would be good. Some people use nutrient transport as a normal mode like reef crest or lagoon. It just depends on what type of flow your looking for I suppose.
