Vortech schedules! Please bring your suggestions! :D

I just picked up a reeflink, so now I have the ability to be creative with my vortech schedule. I'm trying to decide what adjustments and cycles are worth making. I'm currently running Reef Crest mode at 100% on a 50g SPS dominant reef. So now I'm wondering should I program it to cut back at night (don't know for sure why I would do that...the fish have been fine all this time)? Should I run nutrient export at some point? Tidal Swell? Lagoon? Something else? LOL I'm overwhelmed by possibilities!! [insert mad scientist laugh]

So...can you guys tell me what kind of schedules you run and why?

I just played around with my mp40 settings yesterday. I use apex and saved my setting under CoralNerd Pulse. I'm pulsing every 2 seconds at 100%. Then at night it winds down to a tidal swell of 30%. The other side of my tank I have my gyre.

I'm using an Apex and WXM but same concept. And my other is in slave mode anti-sync.
