vortexh mp10 driver issue

Can anybody tell me what this code means or how to fix it? I've tried a
few reset procedures I watched on youtube but they seemed more geared towards the older white drivers...

Double check that you're able to spin the impeller, or separate the dry side and wetside and see if it powers up, if it does it's an issue with the wet side not spinning.

Thanks, I took it apart and everything is clean and moves by hand easily. I'm stumped. tried starting it my hand and nothing.. I put my ear to it and I hear a faint clicking everytime it tries to fire I think

Has the dry side been dropped or anything? Sounds like the dry side isnt functioning causing a stall error

I did come in the room and the dry side had fallen off the tank but I had a cable tie on it so it was dangling.. it didnt hit the floor but it could have hit against the stand on the way down..

That would be my best guess unfortunately.

If that's the case, contact Ecotech, their customer service is awesome (even if it's out of warranty)
