Vrolicks Wrasse - New - Noticed Blemish today

I have a new Vrolicks Wrasse in a newly established Reefer 250. He has been happy, eating, etc for 2 days. I noticed while watching him today that he has a slight blemish on his side. It is not white. It looks like a bruise. It is located about 1/2 inch back from his side fin.

Should I be concerned? I have two types of sand - crushed coral and finer in different parts of the tank. He chose to dive into the rougher stuff the first day. Could this have caused it?
