waiting time for coral to open

I purchased 3 frags yesterday at the fish store. A zoa, greenstar polyp, and a blue-green sympodium. It's been over 24 hours, and the corals open, but they are not fully open. How long until they open fully

Yes it is a little high. Nitrate is at 5 ppm
