Hi everyone. I haven’t posted in a while. We are in our busy season at work (boo tourist!)
My first coral in this tank was a wall coral. That was March 2019. Lately it’s looks a bit pale, and hasn’t been opening as much. I moved it under a rock to block some light thinking this may be the problem. That was two weeks ago. It still isn’t happy. Everything else is doing fine and growing. I have Xenia that somehow hopped rocks?!? I read about this happening, but never seen it happen. My question is do you think it’s getting too much light? A good half of it just doesn’t open at all anymore. And like I said it’s color is getting pale. (Sorry for the horrible photos.)

Here’s a few other pics of the tank. Cause ya know. It’s pretty.

I’m not sure what the coral above is. It was given to me. But it has tripled in size since last year!

This pipe organ coral is new. I really like him. I’ve never had one before!

Tank specs:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate is either zero or 5. The colors look the same
Salinity 1.026
Temp is 82. A bit cooler at night.
Thank is a Evo 13.5 with an Ai Prime 16HD
I don’t test for anything else. I know I know. i use Ro/DI water. I change 5 gallons every three days (I enjoy this part!) I can’t remember the name of the wave maker. But it’s in one of the pics. It’s on the lowest setting and still blows everything over
