It's been already three weeks ito opening great all of the sudden I see it's tearing it's flesh and in a matter of two days almost half of it it's gone took it out today and deeped it in coralx will this help or its gone .

When you mean ''gone'', did it look like it was falling apart or have any brown jelly? Coral rx will most likely not help. Revive would be better

Gonna need your water parameters.
If they don't look like this, thats the reason its wasting away, that or the light.

Lighting? Did it come from LEDs to Halides or Halides to LEDs? Was it acclimated correctly?

Hmm, I don't have any ideas here. Sounds like you've done everything correctly. Unless you have a fish picking at it.

Well they told me that one day their good and the next gone dodnt know it was that fast although after the dip it looks a little better i think the branching kind is stringer and hardier

For some reason, wall hammers have a very poor survival rate In our tanks:(

Sorry I can't be more help. I avoid the wall corals now, once they get damaged seems like it's brown jelly time and dead.
