Does WDT prefer blue light or white light or abit of both?

Currently using reef leds 90s x2 reefer 250

100% bkue
60% white
20% violet

Should do well with those settings. You might want to reduce the white for a couple hours at the end of the photoperiod.

I have whites on full power for 5 hrs then tamps down 1.5 hours is this OK
