I bought a Wanatabei Angel from my LFS who just drove back from the wholesalers in L.A late last night. it was midnight and and lighting was dim at home while I was acclimating it to the QT tank. as soon as I released it in to the QT it hid in the PVC pipes and I have 6:30 AM meeting at work so I went straight to bed. After work I checked on the fish and one of its eyes are missing! The owner of the LFS is a really nice guy and he would not pick out a injured fish so I am at a loss at what happened. What should I do to get this guy to start healing? should I just leave it alone or add some antibiotics? greatly appreciate all the help!

A 30 minute bath in methylene blue will help the fish to heal its injury.

Thanks Gary for the info.

I ordered the methylene blue last night from amazon and it is set to be delivered today but I checked on the him this morning and he passed away.... Super upset...

Oh man, sorry for your loss :( The last picture, the angel's tail fin looks a bit frayed. Usually a sign of a bacterial infection. I'd take the remains back to the guy and see if he will do the right thing.
