Want to frag my Duncan

I would really like to get some frags from my Duncan. There are about 30 - 35 heads in this cluster. My concern is that these may be too clumped togethet. And it wouldn't be safe or possible to get some frags without hurting it. And the Duncan's are my favorite.

Thoughts...

I forgot to say. I took these pics after lights out. That is why they are closed up.
 
Duncans are actually easy to frag.

Mike J. Rice always makes it look really easy.

 
He makes it look so easy. Too bad I don't have a bandsaw for it.
 
I got a Dremel cutting kit from HD for 10 bucks and cut 1in down on them they came out nice and within a few months all had new heads
