Wanted to identify these white spots.

Thank you all for the info and help, I have currently used the polyplab medic and dosed that as it says it treats for ich, velvet and crypto and will dose per the instructions and will keep you all posted on the status of the fish. Thanks once again you all..

Unless it has copper or chloroquine in it, you are most likely wasting time.

Sorry to say but the Spotted Yellow Eye Kole tang has been taken away to something that looked like ich but seems more like it was velvet to me. Can you tell by looking at the pictures now while the fish is out of the water?? Thanks for all the help but I will now make sure I have copper on hand always and will QT every fish with copper and not just keep in the QT for observation. Except for the wrasse.

Bummer.

Velvet, if that's what it was, moves quickly. Wrasses can handle copper too. Copper Power, administered in the correct doses, should be safe.
