Wanting to add a seahorse or 2?

I have a well established 14 gallon biocube that will be empty soon bc I'm moving my fish to a bigger tank. It's been set up well over a year and wanted to add something odd like a seahorse. My lfs said I can but just keep up on water changes.

My questions are basically can I add 2 seahorses to a 14 gallon biocube? They will be the only 2 inhabitance besides clean up crew.

If so what would you recommend to keep them health?

I kept a mated pair in my girlfriends 29 biocube for 3 years untill hurricane sandy, you just cant have crazy flow and nothing with sweeper, feeder or anemone tenticals lolol, you have to get them to eat mysis, takes a while

I was told they are ready to go already eating mysis. Other than some shrooms and cleanup crew that's all I want in the tank. Just worried Bc this will be the most expensive fish I've bought so far lol.

Lolol there pretty awesome acually , when they swim downward mine did a little spin nd you hear there mouth/jaw click everytime they snatch food, get a couple sea fans nd macro algae also they seem to really appriciate it more

I doubt youll be able to keep 2 of the regular seahorses in a 29, maybe the dwarf seahorses. anyway im new to seahorses too and wont be setting a tank up for them for a few months but maybe @SeahorseKeeper can give ya some advice.

The problem with biocubes is maintaining a cool enough temperature. Also their just a bad natch for seahorses, too big for dwarves and too small for any of the largest species.

I keep the house pretty cool so it's up to the heater to do its job. Haven't had a problem with temperature yet. Although I keep it at 78 but I'll need to turn it down for them. Now it is a 14 gallon biocube so it's small but I really want 2 give this a go. My lfs is offering 30% off bc of Blk Friday so I may get a pair. Advice on if I can go through with it......

They are currently 4 inches.

Two types: dirty blond erectus, neon yellow Reidi that eat frozen mysis already.

I have a small skimmer in the tank and I took out the carbon. Should I take skimmer out and place an ammonia buffer in its place? Any ideas?

I know they are messy so I will keep up on my 1week water changes that I already do.

I recently started to do some research on seahorses. Im uograding to 120 gal tank and wanted to keep one, what is anyones opinion on keeping them in a fowlr tank? Would it be safe if most of my fish are docile?
