Ive been having issues with this coral for 2 months now. I’ve tried iodine dips but it hasn’t helped. The tissue keeps receding. Any tips on what else I could do? Should I just frag it? The last photo was a month ago. The other two i just took.

Btw water parameters seem acceptable. Not having any other issues with other coral. I do test water each week.

Did you dip it in the Bayer for pest?

Looks like I see in the first pick some kind of FW.
Need to look in my files which kind FW will nibble on your warcoral.

Of course you can clip off all the dead tissue of this coral and see if you stop it that way.

Yes when i first got it i gave a dip in bayer. Was good for about a month before tissue started to die.

I have had that problem on some of mine, and at some point it will stabilize and stop dying, but it will stop growing as well.
I have a xmas favite that was in full bloom, growing like a champ and now it is stuck in what is left of it, about 4 o 5 heads.

if you have the time and are willing to, when I had the best results, I was feeding my favias/favites with the 0.5mm pellets for corals with an acrilic tube. I cut the flow and return pump and feed them. It is quite amazing how they will change when you do.

I think i’m just going just cut the dead off. I also feed mine a mix or mysis, cyclops, and marine cousine together.
