I found him in my bubble box to my coralife super skimmer 65

The picture is a bit fuzzy....are you sure it's a worm? Could be an amphipod or Isopod. Look HERE to see if you could identify.

He was on my hand I put him back in the tank and he was fast on my hand

Definitely an amphipod. Cool little cleaner-upper who snacks on stuff your bigger critters missed or can't get to, related to the roly-polies and sowbugs in your garden.
