Was given a great gift....but.

Got a 75 gal. All is good. Very little maintenance. Really, I don’t do much.
Two marine land 350s on back, a fan and UV sterilizer.

Was just give some great fish. A flame angel, a coral beauty angel, a Hoeven wrass and a branded coral shrimp. All small maybe. 2” at most.

Now what I already have:
2 ocesalarious clowns
2 blue/yellow damsels
2 firefish
2 Green Chromis
1 medium size yellow tang
1 medium diamond golby
Chocolate chip star fish
Pink urchin
Assorted crabs/snails
1 bubble tip
Maybe 20-30lbs of live rock (never weighed)

At first glance, waaaay too many fish, so time to ditch chromis and damsels at least.

Or do I need to?

I do hope to keep things simple and not start adding skimmers and such and honestly haven’t had to clean much over the 9 mons I had a tank. Levels always are pretty good.

Thoughts. Juts couldn’t turn down the free fish.

Very nice tank. Both the Chocolate Chip Starfish and the Yellow Tang are going to get pretty big. Plan ahead for their bio-load in your tank. Those Marineland 350s are great filters. Wish they still made the 200, sigh.

what about adding more rock to create a few more crevices/hiding places/caves to give them more rock space..

Thought about rock, but I’ve got alt in there it seems. More I add more just falls over.

Advice?
Will getting rid of the 4 fish help?

I would rehome the tang and add more rock, all else should be fine

You can add a dab of epoxy, the stuff for using with your corals to the rock in a spot or two and press on if you figure out where to put some. Could do 2 with a pc as a shelf or bridge over them. It can be done easily.

Moved rocks around yesterday during water change...seemed to have stressed my chromis as one died.
Need to leave things alone.
