I’m siliconing my baffles for a sump and this is my first time I’ve ever done such a thing and I used duct tape as borders for the silicone. That was an oopsy it was too sticky and left some tape behind while peeling... i tried to get most of it out but will this be a problem can I just leave it in there or do I redo everything and rip it out?

Easier now to razorblade it and redo it. Not sure if the DT adhesive will be good for the tank in the long run.
Thank you. I was able to thankfully with a razor blade take off the tape and took off a bit of silicone and just went over it again

If not fully cured the 2nd layer should help :)
Most times silicone doesnt like to stick too well to cured silicone but since theyre sump baffles no issues :)
