Just wanted everyone's thoughts on a waste collector
Pros and cons

I love mine, has saved my butt more than a couple times!!
All pros, I guess if there is a con it'd be the space it takes.

Love it!! Pros: sometimes my skimmer would act up and overflow right back in the tank, no body wants that. You don't need to clean your collection cup as often or at all with a collection container Cons: none that I can think of

I have a crappy one and love it. I'm looking forward to when it dies so I can get one of these cool decepticon looking rigs

Love mine. I only empty it once every two weeks, and it's saved my butt a couple of times by shutting the skimmer off when it's full. Change its carbon maybe once a year. Only con is room it takes up in the cabinet.

The only way to go. Mine has a carbon chamber on top to keep the gases down. Get one and don't look back.

Only Pro's, NO Cons. Saves emptying your cup every other day and easier to gauge nutrient export.
