Which line in my waste line? Yellow or blue?

The flow Restrictor should be on the waste line. Blue

I am going with yellow. Easiest way to find out is hook it up

If it is the yellow, the Flow restrictor is on the wrong line.

Maybe that's why a I am getting no flow out. I have a booster pump where does that go?

The supply to the booster pump should come from the Carbon Filter and discharge into RO. RO should go into DI.

Did you swap the restrictor over to yellow line. You can google ro/di diagrams and it will show you how to plumb it.

Yep that was it. 160 gallons per day at 1ppm now.
