Watchman goby breathing heavy in QT

This is geo the fish I had the longest. He’s always been a hardy fish I came over to the tank today and he was breathing heavy and not responding to food. My copper lever is .65 everyone else seems fine so idk if that’s it. He has some weird spots on his nose I attached pictures of. Other than that there’s no noticeable marks on him. I’m doing a water change now to lower copper levels. Any ideas?

How long have you had him? What caused you to QT all of your fish?

Are you using cupramine?

Gobies won't always tolerate copper the greatest.

If you are using cupramine this could be the cause and I would lower the level down to .45ppm-.50ppm.

Had him since beginning of feburary. I had to QT all my fish due to an ich outbreak. I’m letting the DT fallow for 76 days now

That may have been my issue. I did a water change to lower copper now I’m just crossing my fingers
