What do I feed these guys? How do i raise them? Any advice?

Feed them seaweed mysis shrimp spirulina shrimp pellet food

If they already hatched it is pretty hard to get them food before their yolk sac runs out. Copepod nauplii, newly hatched artemia, and rotifers are all good choices for fry. It's also best to capture and move them to their own tank which you tinge with some live phytoplankton.

Sorry miss the. Fry part those other foods will come later down the road they do make different kinds of eggs that you can buy at BRS that are for feeding small fish the copepods are really good choice
