Watchman goby with a white spot.

Just curious. I saw this white spot today on my goby. Should i be concerned about itch? Or is it nothing to worry about.

Being a bottom dweller, it could very well be sand, and yes keep an eye on it. Ich can be one dot but generally several. Lympho would not start at that location
 
Update.. my neon goby looked like he was attacking him. Now the spot is gone. Am i crazy?

Great to know. Thank you. I'm still new to the hobby, obviously, and scared about diseases.

Neon gobies are parasite pickers, they also feed on skin mucus and loose fish scales. It probably removed whatever it was.
