Is this behavior normal? I think he was messing with his own reflection but just want to make sure.
He’s been quarantined while I wait for my DT and he’s been fine for a month

Can’t get video to play but I can tell you YWG gobies are cryptic fish. I’m sure many would agree and disagree with that comment. But they are insanely weird. Mine will stand watch at one of her 15 tunnel entrances her and my pistol built. Sometimes she swim into the Powerhead, other times she’ll float and swim at the top, I’ve ever seen her perched right at the water line on my magnet. If any of these behaviors explain your experience than I wouldn’t worry, mine is happy healthy alert and fat.

Have to agree - gobies are weird. I only see mine every now and then when I happen upon him by chance.

Yeap just messing with his reflection not knowing its his reflection.

Youre seeing a watchman goby playing with its' reflection. Not abnormal and will lessen in time
