Watchman has a headache

Yesterday I did a complete tank transfer and this morning I Noticed the watchman goby has what appears to be a lesion on its head. It wasn’t there when I transfered it

Looks like a really bad scrape. Not sure what can be done, but you'll definitely want to keep an eye on it. Most injuries heal themselves pretty quickly, but that one looks pretty severe.

+1 on scratch, sadly you just have to wait it out and see, most of the times they heal just fine though
