I moved some of my rocks around & my goby/pistol got separated. My goby is currently on the opposite side of the tank terrified is there anything I can do to help them get back together or just give it time? I added them into the tank together so pairing was never an issue

Don' worry about your goby being terrified. Fish don't think like people do. He's fine. He will hook up with your shrimp again. Just give it some time.

They always find each other in my experience just give them a little to de stress
