I'm looking for something that will send me a text alert if water goes where it shouldn't. Flood fears. Power outage worries. Tank is a drilled 210, two back wall overflow boxes with holes only at the top. Sump is about 30 gal, three chamber. The whole setup is secondhand and I'm working to improve all the very strange plumbing they did. Any other flood or overflow advice much appreciated.

Are you using a controller on your tank? Like an Apex or a Digital Aquatics controller? These both have a leak detection module you can add that will text or email alert you. Otherwise there is something like this that you could try.

I don't have any controllers set up yet. Getting there. You have a strong preference in that department?

Not really. I don't use a controller. I've just read alot about them lol
But the apex seems to be king in that area.
