My tank has finally cycled. Ammonia and nitrites are zero. Nitrates, however, are 20. So my question is what percentage of water should I change on 125dt with 30g sump to bring them down enough to add fish?

You can go ahead and add a fish with that level. Doing a 20% water change wouldn't hurt though. Make sure to remove as much detritus as you can each time too. This will be key in the long run. GL.

Agree a 10%to 20% we is a good start. I would do a 20 first to get the numbers down then a 10% weekly to maintain it.keep it low from the beginning you'll be better off and your tank will thank you.
