Long story short, went out of town for 5 days and had someone check my tank here and there now, blue hippo tang is dead. What % water change should I do? Also, a rock flower nem died. Not sure why but everything else looks good.

remove both, check params.

How much do you usually change?
Any ideas what killed it? Anything get in the tank?
Or disease (unlikely if it got a nem also)?

Usually do a 20 % every 2 weeks and other fish in there wouldn’t do damage. Only other “big” fish is a coral beauty then clownfish and engineer goby. Not sure why it died

Keep an eye on the other fish.
Ask the tank sitter if any chemicals got in, if they overfed, if anything was looking off.
