Water Change and Dosing ?

Hi, I have a red sea nano GL - 33 Gallons total. I dose All-for-Reef 2x daily and it runs pretty stable at 8.9dkh 460cal and 1350mag.

I use red sea blue bucket which mixes to just about 8.0dkh.

I change 5 gallons 1x or 2x per week depending on time.

Should I dose some AFR in the mixed water to match the 8.9dkh?

I never have but I only do 2g changes on 65g total just to remove detritus. There are a lot of folks using AFR so hopefully someone who does larger changes will chime in.

AFR is to maintain the alk, if you need to increase it, you should use alk buffer.
