My clean up crew arrives today and im due to change my water should i do it after i put my clean up crew in or before i was thinking after incase some stuff gets in there frome there bags or whatever they come in... Any suggestions?? Thank you!!

Neither may be necessary- allow your test kits to dictate the need. If quality is good- no need for adjustment.
More important is the acclimation process. I highly recommended over drip to utilize a clean pail or bucket and empty snails and water into it. Then using a clean cup, add a cup of tank water every 15 minutes 8x = 2 hrs
After you’re done- measure bucket water and see if salinity matches your tank. If not, keep adding water to bucket until it is.
mince reached, place the snails into a net and release them on bottom of tank.
Be prepared to upright any that are flipped over.
Rinse net WELL after use

Add them at the same time. This way you can use your old tank water for acclimating, and you can introduce them to a system with no flow for 5-10 minutes while they get their sea legs back!

I plan purchases to be picked up after a water change so that there is less chance of balance change within a short period of live stock being added may not be nescasary but makes sense in my head

What?

Their inverts, should already be at reef salinity, or their dead.

They are sensitive to most changes:
Salinity
Ph
Temperature
Nitrates
