Will my 5 batches of water changes make a difference if I do them one after the other?

I want to make 5 water changes in one day. Since i dont have 1 large container i want to do the following:

1- 18 gallon
1- 18 gallon
1- 18 gallon
1- 18 gallon
1- 40 gallon

All while the system is circulating.

200 gallons total system volume.

I want to lower my sulfer from 1450 to 900. How much will it be at assuming the new water will have 900 sulfer?

Or should i do it all at once?

Do you have livestock currently? If you do, I would do 3 large 40% WC’s over the course of a week... every 2 days or so. That should give you pretty much a 100% water change. So 60 gallons every 2 days.

The four 18 gallon water changes gets you to 1277 ppm. Then the 40 gets you to 1202 ppm.

All at once (112 gallons) gives 1142 ppm for the final value

3 changes of 60 gallons each gets you to 1089 ppm.
