Is there a math calculation to determine how much water to drain from the tank for a 10%, 20%, 30% water change?? Put a mark on the tank at different amounts of water changes??

Yes, you just multiply the percentage of water change by the true water volume.

Figuring out the water volume after it is already filled though is harder.

For any tank with uniform shape, just divide height by gallons.
