How often and how much do you do changes?


Please list tank size and how much of the water you change and how often.

Wanted to see where im at with everyone else on this.


I only use Ro/Di and in my 29 gallon i change 5 gallons every week.

in my 180 i changed 50 gallons per month

I'd like to say I change 15-20 gallons in my 120 every other weekend, as this is what I aim for. But in reality I do this every 3 weeks or once a month.

In a perfect world (( there are weeks were my back acts up, and things go on hold. ))....

40 breeder, weekly 5 gallons
65, weekly 5 gallons
75, weekly 5 gallons.

I use old 5 gallon salt buckets for each water change, it is pretty easy to manage that way.
