Water change on saltwater tank

From what I heard is every 2 weeks .... but I also heard once a month .... just trying to find out the right answer ... my water looks great

It all depends on your tank inhabitants and the neutriant export methods. Also how old is your tank? If it's brand new you will not have to make a water change for like 2 months. Check your water quality and you should figure it out from it.

My tank is 7 weeks old and it has 6 fish , 6 corals , 1 anemone , 2 shrimp , 10 clean up crew

That is a lot to have in a tank that age.
I would check your tests.
You are likely in need of a large water change, but that depends on the test results.

As far as in general once the tank is fully established I do about 25% a month just to replenish micro nutrients, but there are people who almost never do water changes and their are people who do a continuous slow water change and everything in between.

It is all about nutrients in and nutrients out of the tank and the same for the calcium, alkalinity, and other elements.
