Water change question

So I’ve been behind on my tank lately only doing wc every other week. Last week I did a rescape on my tank and moved everything around made new rockwork. Well during this I got a lot of stuff mixed up. I’m going to start doing wc weekly now for the health of my corals. Question is I normally do a 5g wc on my 36 should I do a 10g since I’m behind

Won't hurt to do a 50% change. Rescaping could cause a mini cycle.

No sump? Even more reason to be in the 20-25% WC range about every 2-3 weeks....IMO
