About a month ago my tank was at a all time low algae out break alk way low corals all closed up. Well I was doing weekly wc and dosing and corals look good now the thing is I’m about 3 days past my weekly wc and corals look amazing should I just do wc based on corals act

Def keep up with the routine, WC’s ensure not just removal of nutrients but addition of trace elements

Are you testing Ca Mg, alk? Over time these three elements will get depleted by corals need these element to grow with out a water change or if not dosed. Water changes are also great to export waste such as Phosphates and nitrates. Some will do water changes weekly, Bi weekly, monthly or not at all and just dose based on testing and the looks of their tanks.

So to answer your question, if the tank is doing fine then no. But still test and maintain your elements if needed.
