i was wondering how often you changed your water. I was doing a 5g every week on my 36g bowfront. But past few weeks have been to busy to make it to the store to get water. Before around the 7th day my corals wouldn’t come out as much till I did wc but now it’s a week and a half in and they all seem fine think every 2 weeks would be ok with my tank. I can do every week if needed

My tank is a 20 gallon AIO and I change weekly between 3-5 gallons of fresh saltwater.

Do you test your waters ?

WC is a primary nutrient export and major elements replenishment for most

So if your nutrients and Alk, calc, mag , etc is good there really isn’t a need to change your water.

I believe in water testing and so do many others as well. It will help steer you in the right direction ...without testing , your just guessing which makes it difficult for stability
