Water change when is the best time to do it

Hello my friends I have people asking me when is the best time to do a water change after the tank has gone though its cycle what do you think.

I did mine after cycle

best piece of advice I can give is test your water before you do any change to the water chemistry...
what are your levels at? they will tell you when you need to change water

FWIW, I'd start in on your regular water change schedule (whatever you pick it to be) once you stat feeding the creatures in the aquarium.
