so when I do a full 6 gal water change my anemone will be out of water basically where he's located on my live rock would he be okay for the time I do the water change or will this significantly stress him out I been doing 5 gal changes to keep him in water because of this any input would help thank you

I have mine come out of the water when I do a water change and mine doesn't have any problems he's fine. just imagine it happens out in the ocean and they survive

I would continue the 5 gallons. Although not likely a fully inflated anemone might get stressed if not allowed time to expel fluids.

The anemone should be fine out of the water during your water changes. In the ocean they are often exposed for several hours when the tide is low.
