Water change

I brought some ready mixed salt water from my local fish store around a month ago in a Jerry can will it still be ok to use for a water change now or would the water have gone bad. It has been outside in the cold.

if it's in a sealed container it should be fine. Of course let it come up to room temp first to avoid rapid temp decrease in the tank.

I'd aerate it first.
