Water change

Im in the middle of cycling my tank, going on 3 weeks, im wondering do i do a water change or do i let my tank cycle.

Jamesm hit it, any specific reason you think it is time. Would help if you can tell us how you cycled and where you are in it.

Welcome to R2R. Personally, I don't do a water change unless there is something terribly wrong. If your cycle is going clean I would leave it alone.

I'd let it ride (no water changes) to complete a good and deep cycle.
I'd skim for aeration, but leave off the collection cup, to keep the good mojo, inside your water column.
