I added my new corals to my tank yesterday afternoon today is the usual day I do my partial water change should I hold off since I just added new corals and should it not matter

Water changes depend on the chemistry for me. Personally I only do them maybe 3 or 4 times a year.

I’m a religious weekly water changer but in this casa I would probably let the new corals acclimate and settle and then catch up in a few days.
Agreed. Especially if your current corals are happy and thriving.

Fresh new clean water isn't going to hurt anything.
If this is your normal water change day, stay the course.

Are the new corals happy and open already? What kind?

Stick to your usual maintenance routine.

A water change is not going to significantly change anything and it wont make any difference to the coral acclimatising to your tank.
