filtered water with Instant ocean good idea for water change ?
I guess I don't understand the question. Yes, filtered (RODI) water with Instant Ocean is appropriate for water changes.
like drinking filtered water

"Drinking" RO water is not ideal because it contains some TDS....it's what makes it drinkable.

Now the good news is that you can still use the RO part to make good water for you aquarium. You'll need two things.....a three way valve and a DI canister.....both available from BRS. You will want to put the threeway after the membrane (cutting off the holding tank). The tubing from this valve goes to the DI canister. When you want to make aquarium water, flip the valve to direct through the DI resin and collect that water.

If that unit you linked to uses standard 10" cartridges then it will work ok with the addition of a DI cartridge. If it uses proprietary cartridges (looks like probably so?) then it will quickly cost way more than a standard ro/di from buckeyehydro/brs/etc.
