Water Changes During Cycle?

Depends on the person. Some say yes, some say no.

Personally, I do not. You want the nutrients to build up in the water so that the bacteria populations will grow to remove them. Changing water during the cycle will slow the process down.

That's also my thought.

Completely up to you but in my opinion there is no need to. A water change would reduce the level of ammonia/nitrites/nitrates in the tank but at the end of the day it’s best to leave those there and let your bacteria population build up to take care of them naturally.
