is it necesary to water change after 5-7 days of dosing prazipro?
because currently im halfway treatment of copper in my DT.
and if i do water change i would be wasting so much copper power(250 gallon).

I would do the 25% WC, especially given the fact that you are using with copper.

Make sure you premix your WC water with copper to match the Cu level of your tank, so you don't expose the fish to a fluctuation in Cu level or drop below the minimum.

I agree. You definitely don't want to battle a bloom on top of the treatments

And in case you didnt know, never use prime or any other dechlorinator with copper.

Bad things can happen.
